Home One is located in Denver, CO and was founded by a warranty and service market executive with more than 15 years’ experience in a variety of industries including home warranty.

During his experiences, Home One’s founder became familiar with many of the issues facing companies that sell extended home warranty plans including the glaring lack of any software that effectively manages home warranty sales. He discovered most of these companies just made do with spreadsheets, simple home grown solutions, or shoehorned applications to track critical parts of their business.

Thus came the genesis of Home One. The single provider of software and services that exclusively addresses the needs of companies offering extended warranty coverage to homeowners. Home One’s software was built with years of home warranty experience to meet the specific needs of companies selling extended warranty policies.
